Free and Confidential Services for Victims of Crime   The Crime Victim Service Center is designed to offer services to crime victims and their non-offending family members, friends, secondary victims, and witnesses to crime. We are a network of advocates working with victims in Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Columbia, Garfield, and Asotin Counties, in Washington State.
