Connell Hours: 2nd Tuesday / 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Multiple services provided including: WIC, vital records, safe kids, immunization & fflu shots, Medicaid outreach, diabetes services, HIV case mangement, food safety and baby dentistry.
