 Provides outreach, navigation, and case management services to low-income Veterans and their families that are Homeless or At-Risk of becoming Homeless. In an effort to gain and maintain permanent and safe housing.

Services:

  • Housing Support: Help Finding Housing or Keeping Housing.
  • Case Management: Support to achieve goals
  • Referrals: Access to important benefits.

Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Eligibility:

  •  Military Service: Discharge Status – must have a discharge status, other than Dishonorable and have not been discharged due to a General Court-Martial.
  • Housing: Currently Homeless or At-Risk of Losing Housing (Facing Eviction)
  • Income: Low Income (below the limit set by Federal Guidelines)
