Therapeutic Innovations and Recovery (TIR) is a new 501c3 non-profit with a mission to reduce homelessness, poverty and stigma associated with disability in Benton and Franklin Counties.  The Day Shelter will utilize a model of recovery by offering consumers the opportunity to gain referral information, attend daily recovery skills groups, complete hygiene needs.  Free meals are also available, as well as laundry facilities.
