Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

This energy payment assistance prgoram is generally available between January and June of each year.  Information about program eligibility is release, to the public, in November.

Beginning November 19, 2012, CAC will provide Registry forms as the first step to determine if a household is eligible for energy paymnet assistance.  For information about how to apply please press Here.

Helping Hands Assistance Program

Assistance with electric and natural gas disconnection for customers of our participating vendor companies through community donated dollars.  Assistance is dependent upon eligibility and availability of donated dollars.

Senior and Disabled Verification

BFCAC can provide income verifications for seniors and disabled persons in order that they may receive a discount on their utility bill.
